Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flintrock OS ("Service") at flintrockos.com, creating an account, or clicking "I agree," you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flintrock Transport LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company incorporated in the United States.

Flintrock OS is a financial automation and business management platform designed for owner-operator truckers and independent carriers. The Service includes:

• Expense tracking and receipt management
• IFTA fuel tax calculation and reporting
• Load management and profitability analysis
• Cost-per-mile analysis
• Document vault for trucking documents
• Tax center for deductions and summaries
• Compliance tracking and alerts
• AI-powered financial analysis tools
• Free trucking calculator tools (no account required)

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, particularly during the beta period.

Flintrock OS is currently provided as a beta product. This means:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies — do not rely on it as your sole source for tax, legal, or financial compliance
• Features, pricing, and functionality may change substantially before general availability
• We may experience downtime, data loss, or service interruptions during the beta period
• Founding member pricing locked in during beta is honored as described at the time of signup
• Beta access may be revoked or modified at our discretion

We recommend maintaining your own backup records of all financial data and not relying exclusively on Flintrock OS for compliance-critical calculations during beta.

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure — do not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately at support@flintrockos.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• One person or business entity per account unless explicitly authorized otherwise

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorized it. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

You agree to use Flintrock OS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to commit fraud, falsify records, or evade taxes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service or its underlying technology
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without written permission
• Share access to your account with others (including competitors) for analysis or benchmarking purposes
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or content that violates any laws
• Attempt to breach, circumvent, or test the security of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Our IP: Flintrock OS, including the software, design, code, algorithms, branding, and all associated technology, is the exclusive property of Flintrock Transport LLC. Patent Pending. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within Flintrock OS — your expenses, documents, load records, and financial data belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

Feedback: If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• You can export your data at any time from the Settings page
• You can request account deletion and full data erasure by emailing support@flintrockos.com
• We maintain regular backups to protect against data loss
• Deleted accounts have their data permanently removed within 30 days

Beta access is currently provided at no charge or at locked founding-member pricing as communicated at signup. When paid plans launch:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
• We will provide at least 30 days notice before charging previously-free beta accounts
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support@flintrockos.com within 7 days of a charge
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLINTROCK TRANSPORT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Tax penalties, fines, or compliance failures resulting from reliance on our calculations
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages — in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any warranty of accuracy for tax calculations, IFTA reports, or financial data — always verify with a qualified accountant or tax professional
• Any warranty that the Service will meet your specific business requirements
• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

FLINTROCK OS IS A TOOL TO ASSIST WITH TRUCKING FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT — IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

By you: You may close your account at any time from Account Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@flintrockos.com. Deletion is permanent.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate the Acceptable Use Policy
• Provide false or fraudulent account information
• Engage in activity that harms other users or the Service
• Fail to pay any outstanding charges

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will honor data export requests for 30 days after termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Flintrock Transport LLC to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

If we make changes that materially reduce your rights, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice and the opportunity to close your account and export your data.
